What we have here, is a failure to communicate!

Very responsive and great communicator.  

I have not heard from the PM in quite some time (if I don't try to get ahold of them, there would be no communication- I never get any updates from them).

I'm not saying they're not out there but with the market as hot as it is here, I can only assume they're being snapped up as pocket listings.I'm curious what channels other local investors are using to find cash flowing buy and hold deals?  

@Duc Ong and I have been communicating through email recently and I think he is about to start his real estate investing journey as well. 

It also helps communicate with my husband what exactly I am doing with all our money! 

I ask because if they didn't go through the proper channels, it could come back and bite you in the future if you do buy that home. 

I can also vouch for @William Robison  Ive been dealing with him for a few months and he gets the job done, his communication can use a bit polishing but hes a good guy.

They either put in an address change with the post office, or it will be delivered to your property, but you have done your due diligence to communicate the issue to the tenant.  

It creates a space where you can communicate with potential clients and reach a lot of people without having to communicate with each of them directly.
