Do you understand PE ratio or CAP rate?  

The income on this one is a little confusing, but from what I can gather, WorldQuest has a yearly average nightly rate of about $220 and they claim about 85% occupancy.

You could do an 80% LTV cash out on a DSCR loan, however you will need to be able to debt service at the higher loan amount and rate to qualify.

How are the occupancy rates?

We ended up with a lender that specializes in tiny houses out in Utah, but they ripped my arm and leg off in terms of interest rate and down payment.

Always increase your vacancy rate and capex amounts when you're buying property with tenants in place. 

So does this make sense or what would you suggest here put more down like 40% I know everyone says use leverage and keep expanding and scaling but how do you do that when interest rates at 7% and cash flow is clearly negative.

Interest rates, insurance hikes, rise in real estate taxes, eviction delays, rising expenses and delinquency are just a few problems investors are encountering.

With the interest rates being a little higher right now most of our investors are putting 30-40% down to make it make sense for them.
