Going from 3-5 to 20-25 at any given time is very challenging both in-house crew wise, extra more challenge if you hire out to subcontractor (I never believed you can have success if you're using them), even with an in-house crew, growing 3-5x a year should be a good pace to scale, this way you can test your abilities and how strong your group is.

For an example of what I'm talking about, this guy has some great videos showing him making actual phone calls to real motivated sellers: The tutorials, books and podcast are amazing, and if you guys have already done these kind of videos/blogs let me know... but I think videos/blogs chronicling every detail of real deals as they're in progress from start to finish that you guys are working on would be extremely educational.It would be so awesome to watch a series of videos/podcasts or a series of articles/blogs where Josh or Brandon are detailing every step of the process in a deal that they're currently working on.

they can and will ask for some small money on the second or third call or step of the program.this is 100% NOT REALthere are NO LENDERS doing 100% loans at 5%  I can't even get 5% from my banks on full doc loans I do .. they can and will steal your indentity as well.stick to local HML or lenders you can meet in person and have personal references...
