Cause this will affect how i calculate if its a good deal or not.

But, obviously this would cause conflict with the homebuyer program in that it would require me to pay back the money, which is what i want to avoid doing.So, my question, to those that may be familiar with these programs, is how will the city know whether or not i am still residing in the property?

And it was rough for the first year or so (I guess cause of my age) but now things are looking better for me and I can't say that I would go back!

If I even do a few jobs where I have to front the cost of all the equipment and the clients are slow to pay it could cause me a lot of trouble.Does anyone here have any suggestions or thoughts?
