The biggest issue that I'm finding for getting approved is my employment history as I recently started a company within the Real estate investing and property management industry.  

Potentially the biggest hurdle for newbies is actually pulling the trigger.

When I responded I told them to drop it off or mail it if they are concerned about sending personal info over the internet but if they do, it’s at their own risk.Now they are freaking out saying I should of told them that first but they didn’t even wait for my response and sent it any away.
