How to write up a sales contract for owner terms on mobile home

My girlfriend and I found a mobile for sale, where the owner is willing to sell through owner financing. But the seller isn't familiar with how to do it.

Is the anywhere I can find a sales contract to use to buy this mobile home thorugh owner financing, that is legal in Montana.

Can I pay for the forms I need on Rocket lawyer, or find for free on the internet?

@Ralph E. You may want to check out a few books on the subject. Some have sample forms in the back which can help. Another route is to check with your local manufactured housing association. Usually, they have forms for their members. Though, you may want to see if they have any sample forms for purchase. Hope that helps!
