@Tiffany RalstonWow, this sounds like a great opportunity to get into a deal you might not be able to do on your own...Whenever dealing with partners, I think that a partnership gone bad can ruin a great deal, so be sure to cover your bases on that end even after confirming this deal is a good one.

So if everything goes perfectly you’re at 1650 rent, which leaves you with 400ish left over.Not bad, but not 1000 and this property is probably in a war zone, so you likely won’t want to live there.Hope this helps
