She failed her employment verification and when I asked her about it, she admitted she was from another country, pregnant and wanted her baby to be born in the USA to have citzenship.Some people's credit history is so bad I wonder why they even bother applying.

I'm more impressed if the is decent credit, they carry themselves well, articulate, well mannered, respectful, clean clothes and car, past work history, live within thier means?????

Owning a pet is like raising a baby.

We are expecting a baby in february 2013 and we both work full time careers.

Tenant 2 still has a lot of belongings in their room, clothes, electronics etc.

I certainly didn't want to place it, hook it up and have a tenant try to wash clothes only to find out it has mechanical problems.

All of our personal things(clothes, sheets, etc) go behind the locked door.

Will donate clothes and kids items and hope they’ll get there soon enough.
