I can be flexible for many arrangements and we can come to a mutually rewarding arrangement, I am sure. 

I am approaching 40 quickly and I feel like I'm in that midlife stage of starting in real estate!

Hey all, I am currently in the beginning stages of starting a flip/buy and hold career that I am planning to at some point allow me to quit my 9-5 so I can pursue REI full time.

I'm new to the real estate investment community and still in the early stages.

It only shows the rental price during the active stage not what it actually rented for.

My budget overages were due in part to the purchase of staging furniture, which I am carrying as a loss, however will move to other houses.

When a seller agrees to allow you to make payments for them or on their behalf, they are providing a financing arrangement for the buyer.

This is a guilt free zone for you to unabashedly show off you staging pictures.  

A more mutually beneficial arrangement would probably just involve telling your friends and coworkers about how awesome of a person I am.
