Showing agents, buyer's agents and closing agents are HUGE because they let your listing agent do what they do best- generate leads, go on listing appointments, negotiate contracts, and make you $$$!!!

Usually the people that won’t qualify do not make an appointment for a showing once they know the process.

Try and set this appointment as quickly as possible. 

I'm thinking that we'd have to include a death cert and copy of the will appointing an exector/exectress to establish that the person we have signing is legally able to do so.

The prospective tenant tells me it takes 30 to 45 days for an inspection appointment .

Checked couple of home inspectors from online and they seem to be backed up with appointments, guess the market is hotter than I thought.

Today we made appointments with the local gas company to come out tomorrow afternoon and get gas service up and running in 2 of the units.  

really depends on what niche an agent is in.when I sold real estate I was a land specialist..so my week days were spent in the morning getting to the golf course by 10am finishing about 3pmgo home.. check my message machine ( remember those)  eat dinner then at about 7pm ( after everyone was done with dinner) hit the phones for about 1 hour setting up appointments for the weekend showings. 

What agreements do you take with you whrn you go to an appointment with the seller?

I have a full time job with a lawn treatment company my dad owns so I can "drive for dollars" while going to and from appointments in my area.
