Imagine if you could buy apple stock without using your own money, but you get all the appreciation and dividends.

And of course, doesn't matter where there're always good and bad apples... as much as they try to remove the bad ones, it's still your job to pick out the good ones.If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

In my opinion cash on hand is not as good an indicator of a buyers ability to qualify if you are comparing apples to apples when it comes to low money down financing. 

Can you message people directly on the app for the iPhone?

Question is:  is there something/some ways to turn over the bad apples to rebuild its reputation; or should the local police be notified? 

@Mark Miles I use Apple Pages for the printed guestbook I put into sheet protectors and combine with local maps/guides, then the free platform-based guidebooks on AirBnB/HomeAway/others for the digital versions. 

I’d open a new note on my iPhone and start asking them questions about their home, which I made up on the spot.

But it’s like going to the store and looking at the apple with a brown spot when all the other apples are Bright red and fresh

That being said, our two most recent buys are 9beds/3baths, where we bought with enough sqft to have a 1bed/1bath option to maximize those rents. but the other 8 still share 2 baths. you'll get some bad apples here and there but mostly people are just looking for cheapest rent where we don't require more than a $100 deposit.  

At this point now is all about apple to apple kinda thing.
