Hi all,@Max Ockner and I have been looking for a multifamily property in the Wilmington, MA area for several weeks, but have found ourselves looking at a single family home tomorrow afternoon.

That's not counting the one that I just bought in the afternoon hours of December 31st, 2014 hehe!

I told my buyers to take the afternoon off for an education and they did.They called the next day and said the house must be perfect because Tiger was only there for 15 minutes...Anyways several expensive problems occurred in the next few months that should have been uncovered in the inspection.

I encouraged him that the next time my demon son disturbed him at 6 in the afternoon please call LAPD...and he did.  

I found myself not only to a 5 am alarm clock and traffic which is the norm, but this afternoon my boss thought it was a great ideal to keep me in the sun outside to work with no tent, and to work an extra 75 mins for my shift (I'll get home right in rush hour traffic).
