The Cl-100 report also noted there was no active issues (ie. growing model or rot) and the moisture content in the wood was normal. 

As long as its an active real estate market, and its not overrun by other wholesalers, it's likely fine to operate in.As far as finding sellers, you have a few options.

I would like to keep the momentum going and get more active.
