I've been watching several hours of BetterPockets on Youtube, and have been taking a lot of notes. 

Also Kevin Ward from YesMasters, he gives away a ton of free scripts and has a good Youtube channel) and internalize them so they feel and sound natural and are 'you'. 

I’ve completely stopped listening to music in my car and now only listen to BiggerPockets podcast.

Congrats on getting started and seeing that you want to get started to wholesaling, I would definitely take a look at a guy named Max Maxwell on YouTube (also has a FB group) who has some really good information for beginners.

There has been a little increase in day on market but its likely to be a seasonal (winter) slowdown.However other markets SF/Seattle are showing signs of weakness.We talk about this on our youtube channel...

@Pharaoh MitchellHey I’m not sure if this helps but If you go on YouTube and search: P&C agreements when wholesaling Real Estate, most of the people making videos about it will leave a link to the agreement they use.

Yes I've seen the reviews on BP I've also looked on Google & YouTube there are pros & cons.
