But, that being said, I am looking to keep costs at a bare minimum until I have a system in place that deals are funneling in and I can justify multiple recurring monthly expenses, as even small "membership" fees to many services will add up so quickly as to put me out of the game before I even get a chance to "play".

All of the full service property managers we have spoken to will charge 25% to 30% commission plus don't appear to generate the same revenue so it wouldn't make sense to go that route because we would barely be breaking even for slower months.

You did not agree to this monstrosity of a security system and to the ridiculous prices it comes with,it is not your problem.There are newer wireless systems that cost like $200 to self set up and barely 50 bucks a month to monitor that they could have paid for themselves.Don't make their problems,yours!!!

The investor I sold it to didn't care one bit because he turned around and sold it for almost 40k with barely any work.
