To me those prices are retail prices that are in line with the general public.

I called the Health Department and filed a complaint with them.  

Once you put it out there many people will be looking to your to get access to houses/apartments etc... that the public does not have access too.  

I didn't know if that should be public record or not but I'll look into that.
