There are a lot of internal fraud checks that are done, and this would be caught on that.

Internally, this means they can document the business account requirement as in place to "facilitate that annual audit" of the business, and not as a high pressure cross-selling technique, in order to have their ducks in a row in case THEIR books are audited, and there potentially might not be a thing you could do about it. 

Im looking to purchase a 10 bedroom 6 bath property in a college town in Minnesota.

Based on what you told us so far it's just an expensive house in an otherwise reasonably affordable neighborhood in a college town.

My goal is also to create passive income, this is my last semester in college! 

I am still living at home and I am a full-time college student so the idea of me buying a house in the near future (next 2 years) seems absolutely nuts and honestly it really freaks me out.

We haven't done an inspection but can already see that it will need a lot of work (external - roof, frame, etc and internal).

Does anyone have any wholesale deals on a duplex preferably east pointe, college park, or Hapeville?  

Here is some background information: I purchased my first property in 2010, a three-level townhouse in Sterling VA (Northern Virginia, so pretty hot real estate market), close to a community college, plus there are quite a few government contractors and IT companies in the area.
