To much money being thrown around to go without inspections, and insight from parties who don't stand to make 15k from your purchase...No matter how neutral turnkey providers try to be, they have a large payday coming at the end of the deal, so there motivation is highly skewed.

This is not the only thing that plays into their ranking algorithms they take into account online bookablity, instant quotes, conversion rates, response scores, reviews, ad level, calendar update time etc--you can buy a promo to help you start collecting reviews even price a little lower to get your first few.

So, if I find a property assessed at 110K that can be purchased for near that value I know instantly that either the property has serious flaws...or that it might be seriously underpriced.
