When I add in the clause into the sales agreement the BREACH OF CONTRACT FEE of $2000 - seller should not enter into any agreements to sell this property or circumvent the buyers rights to purchase the property at LOT 3 LOT 21 Sesame Gardens also known as 1234 Ripple Lane Houston Texas 77000 blah blah blah , and the SELLER SIGNS that contract, will that make it binding at that point.
