Hello BP Community,I have been a BP lurker for many years and after falling out of love with retail real estate- I am oh so READY to get into investing (my first true love).

Hi all,I am new to the real estate world and my primary purpose in posting this is to introduce myself to fellow investors and agents in the area.

However, my US investors are required by the IRS to report it.

I've been wanting to get some advice from people about my specific situation, but there's a lot so I'll try to keep it to the point;In short, I'm wanting to "officially" start my real estate investing journey, making it my source of income - and I'm wanting to do house flipping as my strategy, at least initially.  

I would reach out to the broker to get his recommendation and they may already have a quote. 

Been to a couple in Brooklyn.

There's been a few Houston developers on Biggerpockets podcast episodes.One that comes to mind is Donovan Adesoro. 

A matter of fact that was a huge metric for my me and my wife because we were implementing a house hacking strategy moving property to property with 4 kids.
