What a country!!!

I thought I heard on a podcast the other day there is a website that you can go to that has information on different cap rates throughout the country.

We  work with investors from all over the country and find them properties that meet their criteria, for flipping or B&H's. 

I'm not questioning it at all as I don't know the area, I'm just curious as to how you landed there living across the country!

But I'm waiting on that for when I get back to my original market (I just moved across the country).

I want to invest in other parts of the country.

I know several out of state / country owners who are self managing and just using local contractors for repairs. 

I would travel on the company's dime for work to cool cities/countries, rented a massive fully furnished basement for $400/mo all utilities paid in a beautiful home, and had bought one of my favorite cars (used BMW M3 for under $10k).Since the past 2.5 years I have started investing in real estate, I have improved my income considerably.

If there's an insurance broker that you like in Eastern PA would love to hear it.

I'm an operations manager for the biggest craft beer distributor in the country and love it but have always been interested in becoming an investor.
