Mobile home parks are...

+Long-term land plays with income

+Multiple sources of return (mobile home financing, rental income, etc.)

+Often capable of generating annual returns of 30%+

Do you have an interest in investing in mobile home parks, locally, in-state, or out-of-state?

I'm getting a group of investors together in San Francisco to discuss mobile home park investing.  Please feel free to message me if you'd like to join us.

Great idea! You may also want to touch on the infrastructure upkeep and maintenance when it comes to managing and operating mobile home parks. Hiring and working with contractors would also be a good subject to talk about. I wrote a whole book on this subject in this niche. Hope that helps! :)
