We fixed a couple damaged windows, and painted the cabinets with new hardware through the entire home.

E g “paint bedroom 2” and “resurface cabinets in kitchen” and do this bullet point style. 

I do an old fashioned custom offer per house.

The penalty on not being an easy customer is higher rates or more points on top of your loan.Please let me know if I can help!

Best to reconsider your business plan.The same rule applies in multifamily real estate as it does in any tech company offering a product - just because you build it, doesn’t mean customers will flock to you.

Also the kitchen cabinets where (based on the comments of the current tub and surround), due to age you will likely find similar ongoing water damage in certain areas.

What I mean by that is your customer will treat your asset differently with a short term rental because they do not have pride of ownership if its a 3+ year rental.

So lets say your customer fills up twice going to cost you 12 to 20 bucks per stay ..
