I live in a Rogers Park condo and my reno fixtures aren't that nice.

We plan on doing new floors, paint, appliances, painting kitchen cabinets white, granite counters, new light fixtures, new vanities in the bathrooms, and landscaping.

Removing the tree does not seem to be an improvement to the property and a tree is not a permanent fixture to the house as your roof would be.
