Is it too late once these are published?

I use OneNote for a large swath of functions, from scanning business cards, clipping web articles to read later and keeping different projects in order.

I wish there was something out there like that.We first start with general web searches.

Then, judge/commissioner will expect the property sale to be published in the adjudicated paper, listed in MLS and exposed to the market before your purchase is at risk of overbid in open court by competitive overbidding.No, not how I'd work this deal.

looking for insight and recommendations for company's or individuals in Massachusetts or nationally who handle web design specifically for realtors . my wife is starting her real estate agent career and we looking to start to build her brand . but we not proficient enough to do the site ourselves .  

So I will probably be more active here with questions if I am unable to find on the web.

You have to research using the county web site and ascertain more info about a parcel before you bid.   

The problem i'm having is where to start, with all the info on the web and unlimited info on BP I still ask myself where do I start first, fix and flip, wholesale ect?
