That is why I said that when I do my wholesale part I have buyers that want just rents and appreciation regardless of equity, which showed me that in that case crunching numbers wasn't a big deal..have multiple structured deals can't stress enough..my 3rd deal homeowner said nope hit then with 2nd structured deal yep she liked it done deal . feel free to pm me,I can go on for days
