I can't recommend any books unfortunately but I've gained a ton of value from watching Matt McKeever on Youtube. 

Unfortunately, for me it doesnt make sense to advertise yet, because I dont yet have a solid process or team in place to make the process work, and I'm still building my cash reserve.

Unfortunately with all the social distancing going on meetups are pretty out of the question for the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area where there is a stay in place order.

A lot of offices in my market area have closed temporarily due to the circumstances but I can still attend trainings and company meetings in the eXp cloud.

Unfortunately right now isn't the best time for the them consider anything - i am pretty sure they have tightened up or will be big time.   

Unfortunately the owner of the property has dementia and could not recall we had ever met or spoken.

Unfortunately with the work stoppage in the city, I am In a bit of a holding pattern with surveys and zoning plans moving forward.   

My expertise for brokerage is industrial and office, and we have had a few of our tenants come to us for rent relief, or ask to review specific clauses in their lease for this type of damage, which in my opinion i get given the circumstances.
