I'd recommend against posting ghost ads for houses that don't exist - in this business you are your reputation and word travels fastIf you want to use craigslist you can always post a direct (wholesalor looking to add to his buyers list) type of message - I've done this before and had decent results.

Bad news travels faster now-a-days than it ever has.

With the passive income stream I am creating , I would like to be able to do a lot more traveling with the little monkeys.

I work in a job that has me traveling 365 days a year, usually in each city for a month at a time.

My thought is I will have to travel further north to get any kind of market.

I took a few years off to focus on family and to do some international traveling.

I was hoping it's offered this Fall for work/travel reasons, and it may be worthwhile to see who takes over.

As I travel up to 70% for work already, I find it really hard to call anywhere else but San Francisco as my home.

The hours don't bother me but the travel time away from my kids does.
