Also my property is not new but it has been updated and presents very well from what I hear from the RE agent and reactions of prospects who visit (transmitted through the RE agent).

On the other hand ill buy fix and flips or wholesale deals anyday.

I have not read the police report myself, but another person will be charged with the incident - so it wasn't my tenant's fault - in fact he may not have even been in the unit due to family illness.  

We received a message from one of the residents (Ill call her Melanie) yesterday asking to talk in person. 

Our relatives just paid a lawyer 1500 dollars for some issue they had with a title from our family house and that was talked down from 10K.Plus, I just don't see myself paying cash for some tiny ill built apartment for 110K in a not very special area just because everyone else is doing it.
