What are some positive experiences mortgage loan originators have had from buying leads? 

If anyone has any referrals or leads, it'd be appreciated. 

I do believe that I have the lead generation processed figured out ( just needs action).

Our team of three passed the analysis paralysis stage months ago and these last two months we've been doing direct mail and now we're using skip trace to cold call tax delinquent leads that we've retrieved from LA county.
