How have you guys managed repairs/ renovations during coronavirus social distancing?

In my market houses sell quickly, so I've missed a lot of properties because the realtor was a day or 2 late.get your own license problem solved.realtors dont show houses much anymore especially to investors.. driveby walk around it make an offer subject to home inspection thats how its done.. buyer does the leg work not the agent in this modern real estate worldalso in Vegas and most markets agents are not showing houses with social distancing  maybe you heard we have this virus thing going around 

And because he just doesn't do a lot of business, that means he's not up to speed on the latest changes in guidelines, process, etc.... if you're a cobbler with some unique cobbler quirks and mortgage implications, he doesn't know what those are, since it's been 5 years since he did a loan for a cobbler. 

They scream at us in vulgar language, use threatening language and posturing towards us in the common area and do not maintain the mandated social distance.  

In this era of instant social media fame...or notoriety, I wouldn’t pull anything smacking of violating any Federal, state or local laws or emergency directives, no matter how badly the politicians have screwed you.

On the remainder of the land we want to develop as much residential (social housing, market rate apartments and high end apartments) and we want to develop some awesome public amenities (amphitheatres, beach volleyball courts etc.) and green spaces.The exchange of value with the museum is that the project with cover the museum renovation and operating costs going forward (opex approx $350K/year).

Tell everyone that you are a real estate investor, and utilize the powerful tool of social media (Biggerpockets). 

His video on his social media only asks for 90 days of forbearance for homeowners. 

@Ignacio Rosenberg you don't want to be "that person" who is talked about on social media by everyone for increasing rent on people who may even be out of work.
