Given the other option is massive evictions, foreclosures, and a ton of friction to the system, if you do believe the economy may bounce back quickly, the cost of these concessions is likely to outweigh the social cost of evicting and foreclosing en mass.Sometimes one's individual rights being trampled are a sacrifice for a greater good.

My places in the TN smokies as well as FL panhandle have enough bookings trickling in from people wanting to social distance somewhere other than their own homes to cover their expenses.

I also applied for a work exemption as I was in the middle of a flip for a client and working by myself (social distancing at its finest).
