We had a couple headaches with contractors at first but we smoothed it all out and finished in a decent amount of time.

Professional photos, drone shots, video-and not just a slide show of the still shots, marketing across thousands of websites and platforms, negotiating to meet and hopefully surpass the needed numbers... the list goes on.

We are using a company called adu.works - they're designs are terrible but cannot beat the price, they have a base in SoCal too as I understand.Usually with the prefabs there's a little wiggle room for design, but it could be as much as just mirroring the plan or sliding windows here or there, nothing too drastic.

What steps should I take to make sure the transition goes smoothly, are good tenants usually pretty responsive to the process seeing as they will need a reference for their next landlord?
