Hello all, I've been listening to the BP podcasts, which ultimately led me to sign up and get as much info as possible before I embark on my real estate investing journey.

I just found out about BiggerPockets and had to sign up right away!

Here's a suggestion: take your bullet points and do a keyword search on BP for each of them; then listen to every Bigger Pockets podcast on wholesaling, and decide at that point whether to sign up for the class.

To prevent this in the future I try to sign up November & December renters to modified lease, such as a 13 or 14 month lease.#5 Finding specialists is key.  

The bonus being a great start to a professional relationship with someone highly respected in her field.My favorite thing about this whole process however, has been getting to know the buyers.

Advertise it as a bonus.

@Antonio MarteYou can't want to buy a rental and say cash flow is just a bonus. 

That way, when you do find a great deal, you won't lose valuable time going through the loan application, approval, and closing process before you can sign up your deal.

I do that and don't feel that is a handicap..but rather a bonus.
