But thinking about it another way, the letters would have been sent Monday instead on today because I have had to write them around the other errands I have been running.

For me, I sent 17 letters in hand written envelops to off market multi family owners in my market and got 7 return calls.

After PSA is signed then lender deposit is sent in and reports are ordered (environmental, site inspection, survey, appraisal,etc.) during due diligence period in the PSA ( we typically do 45 day close and the first 30 days of that are due diligence).

You're not harming the agent, because now that agent can be just a little more boastful to his client when he talks about "the open house was so great, I've sent X+1 disclosure packages out this week!"
