Then set-up actionable steps to reach whatever goal you set for yourself.Start small, grow with confidence and know that you will make mistakes.

And, never let planning be a substitute for action and doing deals!

In any case it wouldn't be actionable against your tenants if you did the copy and pasting.As an academic type legal issue, copy and pasting of private documents from the web could get you in legal trouble.  

And you've taken action and gotten results.

If you are making $50k profit and they're getting $10k for funding, that's 20% of your action. money for flipping deals really does not come cheaper than that!
