@Dan Abts I believe @Matt Carroll is associated with ConnectLinx, however, I just wrote the following post titled: "2024 Rentlinx Alternatives - Snake Oil or Real Leasing/Rental Syndication Providers" breaking down my journey trying to find an alternative to Rentlinx.

Another option if your profit is over that amount is to convert the property to a rental which would then qualify the property for investment use, Then do a 1031 exchange after a year.  

But i would love to connect as we do about 3-4 deals a week in flips or rentals.
