We just had our first meeting via google hangouts, great group, amazing the progress made in just one meeting, motivation is sky high!

As I progress through this deal I find it hard to get people to actually see me as an “investor”.

My guess is that it's a "path of progress" area and may be worth a very close look.

They’ve been late pretty much since they moved in in July 2018, and have gotten progressively later each month.

But your contract has progress payments of some sort detailed?

So I guess preplanning has been effective in making progress toward my goal.

Hey @Brian Lipszyc, I have only done two deals, but I can say that the progression from the first deal to the second deal was a huge step up for me.

I would feel more comfortable paying a normal labor rate as we progress.
