This is due to their misunderstanding of the law which states that a TX homeowner may not close on a HELOC or home equity product within 1 year of closing a previous home equity product.

I just haven't yet, because I'm in no rush to buy and want to learn first.And I've noticed that investment properties seem to go quickly - even though overall population for the area is on a slight decline.

AXA is an insurance company and much of their retirement products are annuity focused, which may or may not be what you need / are looking for.  

Many on-line vendors have ridiculous shipping fees or will NOT credit products that fail.

My own two cents from the world of tech entrepreneurship, the fact hat you have demand may stem out of your ability to sell, not necessarily from a great product. 

@Rick Stanton I have a contact who works with insurance companies who have declined his clients or paid out less than they should.

@Bryan Richard  You might be able to refinance into an alternative loan product.

Then, when it’s time to purchase the third property, you could refi out of the first FHA loan (if you have enough equity), and then use your FHA loan again, or use a conventional loan product. 

You want to reno for the market.....so you want the best product at the best price.
