@Jordan Moorhead my home is not a 6 mil home its nice but its not on the lake.. but for someone working downtown I am only 5 minutes to I 5 which is nice. and I am on a private street only 3 homes including me and walk to 1 through 8.. which families like.. but not a lot of families here because of price point.I know I could get 5 to 6k a month for it.. for sure.. just wondering how the nightly stuff would fair out 800 a night at 50% occ I s12k a month that's pretty good money..

For STARTERS we don't know if we should open an LLC together and start to buy properties with private money via LLC OR if we should each get conventional loans independently (tenants in common) with an operating agreement in place.

Pull some equity out of your existing properties, use a heloc for part, go to a local bank see what they have to offer, private lenders etc.

People here on the South Shore do it frequently and often have multiple takers.one of my telemarketers husband was a fisherman in Alaska.. and he just got his first captions position.something was wrong down in the freezer we went down there to check It out and exactly as you described he perished.I was thinking these were like little co 2 thingees you put in a pellet gun:) if they are big tanks I bet you can recycle them somewhere.

We recently bought a 5-unit building on NW Kearney Street (right by the hospital) and have an opportunity with our largest unit (+/- 1500 square feet with a private deck and parking spot) to update from a 2/1 to a 3/2.
