In Ohio, there is no statute that would prevent a landlord from requiring online payments in the lease contract, but if you buy a property with tenants under lease, you have to honor the existing lease for the term unless the tenant breaches or agrees to new terms.

It may have hit load bearing walls, doesn't appear to have collapsed, so get the walls braced up immediately and get plywood on the outside to prevent weather or unwanted visitors.

Then depending on how it looks you may need to replace it with a regular drop sink to prevent another issue.Ours was NOT an undermount so we just used a grinding wheel to open the crack & then filled it with the epoxy colored to that of the granite.You need to ensure the granite is well supported under the area of the stress crack to prevent it happening again.

Yeah it sounds like something weird when the property sits and no air is circulating the corrosion gets worse on the panel etc.Those older panels are more fickle and the least thing can cause them to be off especially depending on where the panel is located and next to.I am not an electrician but it sounds like it to me.
