@James Lee I am building out a 2/2 1k Sq ft ADU currently near your place in NP.

I see a fair amount of positive feedback on the site, but most of it seems to be several years old, do people still find this to be a good place to look?

If there are tons of homes with pools and wide open calendars yet the few places with PB courts are booked out, there's your answer. 

Rentals for 30 days or longer you don’t need a permit, ski leases are a great option if you don’t plan to use the place at all in the winter. 

Anyway, I think the Poconos area is a great place to invest.

Bookkeeping software would likely note that a transaction took place, and maybe it would be able to categorize it correctly, but maybe not.

I was even looking at 4 unit multiplex in Oakland, CA since I'm from the Bay Area so I can easily manage it myself but that place is such a mess.
