I'm just waiting on power and gas stations to get fuel again before doing some drive-by well being checks.

I am in the military stationed in Newport News and am looking to purchase my first multifamily property within the next 12 months using an FHA loan.

Looking at towns like Crown point, Hobart, Merrillville, lake station, portage, Griffith, highland and Hammond. 

The development is a brand-new concept with a design and experience that will reflect the rich culture of the Choctaw people.The four-story, 202,000 square-foot development will include 100 hotel rooms, 600 slot machines, eight table games, several restaurants and bars, a pool, an outdoor venue with an amphitheater, beer garden and a family-friendly game zone.In addition to the resort, a 12,000 square-foot mercantile will adjoin the property offering a small market, convenient food options and a fuel station with 24 pumps.

I'm currently in the Air Force (19 years) and just got stationed in NC.

It's seems like it's a pretty nice town within commuting distance to Boston and close to Acton Commuter rail station.

The seller informed me that the site formerly had a gas station on the property and the state came in and spent $180,000 to remedy the site.  

While stationed overseas in the US Military, I began to read bigger pockets and educate myself about real estate.

The train left the station there several years ago, Prices are too high now for it to cash flow.
