I wanted to make it official by joinging Bigger Pockets since I've watched basically all the videos on YouTube. 

I wouldn’t be surprised at this point if they let tenants live rent free for the rest of 2020.

At the end of 2017, we used the rest of our savings to take our kids to Disney World for the first time (which was freaking incredible), and 5-months into 2018, we were able to purchase (with our savings) our next rental property.Both properties appreciated and brought in substantial cash flow.

This definitely makes it harder on the rest of us.

My personal thought is the rest of 2020 and 2021 will have low-interest rates.Depreciation is a fantastic benefit of large multifamily investing right now!
