Personally, I never found it worth it, but everyone's scenario is different.If you have a few good handymen you can call as needed, the rest of property management is pretty easy.

Usually the latter is around $1499-$1999, lower for experienced investors. 2% origination fee is reasonable as well, especially if you have no experience.
