If someone calls me form my direct mail campaign and I cannot answer the phone at the time, am I allowed to call them back if they do not leave me a voicemail or message.

Hello BP, I have had a lot of trouble locating phone numbers lately it seems there a lot of sites that want you to pay for publicly listed numbers. 

What infrastructure items are most important for small Mobile Home Parks.

I wanted to write about a recent phone call that saved me tens of thousands and will change the amount of money in my bank account for the positive. 

You could just put a sign up that explains that it is a permit only parking lot and have a phone number on that sign for anyone who would like to seek a permit.  

Cold calling works but the challenge with that is finding the actual phone numbers since most people have cell phones now.
