Now I am looking at a self-storage unit facility closeby me.

I spoke with Aaron Chapman and I strongly suspect he can get you where you want to go...though I have not pulled the trigger with him (due to my family's ongoing medical crisis).

In my other life, I work as a medical coding auditor.  

Durham has a huge number of medical residents, business school people, law school, etc that are staying here for short terms.  

I'm invested in a couple of Senior Living Memory Care Facilities.  

Hey Ryan,Everyone as an investor can make choices with their money and what they want to do with it.Sometimes things are not always black or white when it comes to making a business decision.Some people have had medical bills or other issues that make the credit bad yet they pay on time every month for rent and keep things spotless.

IMO, tracking that year over year for the declining mortgage adds little and end up spending more time with the numbers than managing the facility.
