I love Lehigh acres but it doesn't have the infrastructure or organized layout to actually be seen as a viable business plan. most builders stay away from septic and well and non public utility lots and that's the issue in Lehigh and why you don't see much national investment from REITS, single family home builders who build 5000+ homes nationally per year, etc.  

You may want to lay out your qualifications in the advertisement.  

I have a financial goal but I like that layout of a plan a lot better thanks for the feedback.

Could I possibly have a similar lay out to the post card as the business card I included in the first letter?

With USPS you can now use a street address like UPS so it makes it easier plus it is way cheaper than a UPS and the address layout looks the same ( at least in my area)

Maybe the major road, maybe the layout, maybe the garage bring it down in comparison.  

Send the engineer the site plan/sketch showing system layout (if existing) and ask for half-hour to discuss options.
