The members here really do reach out and provide insights that can be very helpful.Being new to REI myself I don't have much experience or huge amounts of knowledge to provide yet but my suggestion would be to post in the forums and stay active in the community. 

I was able to gain a lot of knowledge in a short period of time and im grateful for that.This duplex is being sold as is through the courts.

If space is a limiting factor you could look into a sand mount to replace a leach field, but again, ask a local expert.

For the past couple years I’ve been focusing on gaining as much Real Estate knowledge as I can while I financially prepare myself to start investing myself.

I am going to be on a stay at home vaca soon and with out sounding desperate "<<<<< is noob" was wondering if anyone in the SLC area wanted to meet up for some coffee or lunch or something looking to pick the minds of some experts already meeting a guy on monday but the more friends the merrier:) message me or comment below thanks in advance
