I just joined bigger pockets and will be in a local weekend seminar at end of this month for a hefty dose of REI education.I moved to Mississauga, ON recently and am ready to start buying properties.

Join your local REIA club and start networking, keep studying (Wholesaling, Rehab, etc), and keep reading on BP and network even more.

I am also considering joining the Cincinnati REIAAppreciate any feedback.

In my journey I ran across BiggerPockets so I joined and I'm excited about learning more and getting my first deal under my belt!

Also, I might be interested in partnering / joining forces on projects if the match and deal is right.
